Management TeamTeri Cilley, Executive DirectorTeri Cilley has a heart for seniors and is a true advocate for each and every one. She has come to Sunshine Villa with over 10 years of experience of working with seniors and using her leadership skills to provide only the best for all who are in her care. She is dedicated to the well-being of her residents, families and staff here at Sunshine Villa. She brings true dedication and zeal to meet the needs of her residents. Barbara Quinton, Director of Community RelationsBarbara joined the Sunshine Villa team in the spring of 2006. She entered the health industry in 2005 after an extensive career in marketing, advertising and public relations. In her spare time, Barbara enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, tennis, golf and playing with her grandchildren. Terri Ranuio, Business Office ManagerWe are fortunate to have Terri Ranuio with her 30+ years in bookkeeping and accounting. She came to Sunshine Villa after a long time employment at the Thacher School of Ojai, her position was Assistant to the Accountant. She brings with her a zest for living and a great sense of humor. Rachael Magyar, Activities DirectorRachael joined the Sunshine Villa team in May 2010. She recently graduated from Fresno State University with a degree in Recreation Administration and Leisure Service Management. She most recently worked at San Joaquin Gardens in Fresno. She has a passion for seniors and loves creating new and interesting experiences for them to share. Anne Stephens, Kingswood Court Program CoordinatorJill Sweeney, Food Services DirectorJill is enjoying her new career at Sunshine Villa after a long culinary career. She most recently worked at the Carmel Valley Ranch Resort and the Seascape Resort. In addition to starting and owning three businesses, Jill has earned a Bachelor's of Science in business, specializing in hospitality, hotel and restaurant management, Bob Niethold, Maintenance DirectorBob joined Sunshine Villa with 14 years of experience as a Commercial Fisherman and Shipwright. Bob loves working with the residents at the community and has made many friends in his time at Sunshine Villa. Teresa Rocha, Housekeeping CoordinatorTeresa has been with Sunshine Villa since 2000 and became the Housekeeping Coordinator two years ago. She was born in Mexico and came to the United States in 1970. She loves working at Sunshine Villa and all of the residents know and love her.
